This project included the interior build-out of
a 34,000 s.f. market that is on the ground floor of a new 6
story residential complex near the Giant’s
baseball stadium, SBC Park . Features and Challenges included:
- Coordination of all utilities with
shell contractors
- Extensive protection of stained concrete
finish floors throughout construction
- Coordination of construction activities
in a highly congested urban environment
- The post-tensioned slab required precise
coordination of all penetrations for under-slab utilities
- Installation of
unique interior décor
utilized aircraft cabling to suspend Safeway Signature medallions
throughout the store.
