This is an animal care
facility which includes animal
art exhibit halls and lobbies, dog and cat habitats, dog training
and socialization areas, a surgery wing and neuter clinic, two
enclosed exercise courtyards, a large multi-purpose classroom
and the dramatic vaulted Adoption Gallery.

Inc. was called in by the owner when the initial competitive bids
substantially exceeded the budget. Over the course of about 6
months, EFA was able to meet the budget through intensive value
engineering with the owner’s architect and engineers.
The
design of this facility has become a prototype which has proven
highly successful for animal care facilities across the state
and around the country. EFA is proud to have made its construction
a reality.
