Redwood City
This remodel/expansion
involved the conversion of a former grocery store into a new
upscale supermarket with an exciting exterior façade,
patio areas, walkways and landscaping.
Features and challenges include:
- Removal of the existing storefront and
replacement with new entry towers with exposed beam overhangs
- The existing truck dock ramp was in-filled
to allow for store expansion
- Elaborate stained concrete floors required
protection throughout the construction period.
- Design of the exterior was completed and
constructed concurrentlywith fast-track interior remodeling
